Hi, I’m Alison Heilig. I’m a certified strength, endurance and mindful movement coach, and the author of the book, The Durable Runner: A Guide to Injury-Free Running. I train people to be more durable so they can keep at the activities they love without being derailed by injuries or burnout.
My goal is to help people like you create more empowered, awesome lives, and because of my own personal journey, I draw from a variety of disciplines to help you move into your strength and endurance with confidence, grace, and greater self-awareness.
