    These are great habits! I do the daily movement one, too. It helps me feel happier—mentally and physically. I wish I could do the consistent bedtime one! Working overnights definitely is tough on the body, although I will say, I always prioritize getting at least 7-8 hours, on my days working and days off. And on days off, I’m definitely an early to bed, early to rise kind of person. 🙂
