Come to my Intermediate and Advanced Arm Balancing Workshop on Sunday October, 23, 2016 from 1PM-3PM at Thrive Yoga in Rockville, MD and take your arm balance practice to the next level!
We’ll work on expanding on the beginner-level arm balances (like Crow and Side Crow) starting with an opening and energizing flow to get the body ready to fly. From there, I’ll guide you through a series of preparatory poses and breath work to help develop your strength and confidence before working on Flying Splits (Eka Pada Koundinyasana I & II), Grasshopper and Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana).
These super fun poses will challenge you to be fully present as you expand and evolve like nobody’s business … for realz.
